MakeMyBiz Online is a technology consulting and managed services firm based in Southern California. This policy explains what we collect when you use makemybiz.online, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us. Name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you write in the contact form or booking flow.
• Scheduling information. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and chosen time.
• Basic technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health records, or passwords through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare for and hold a discovery call, deliver services you have engaged us for, and keep our own records. We send email only in response to something you started, such as a form submission or a booking.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to run this site: a cloud database and hosting provider, an email delivery provider, and a scheduling provider. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function and is bound by its own terms.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you, and afterward only as needed for legitimate business or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your records at any time.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is stored in access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit, and reachable only by our server-side application and authorized personnel. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if an incident affects your information.

Children

This site is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
